Your Friend Gets 10% OFF
When your friend signs up through your referral link and starts trading, they receive a 10% discount on eligible trading fees for 60 days.
The 60-day discount period starts from their first trade.
You Earn 10% Commission
You earn 10% commission on the eligible net trading fees generated by your referred friend for 90 days.
The 90-day commission period starts from your friend's first trade.
Refer More, Earn More
Every referred user has their own separate 90-day commission period.
For example:
- Friend A starts trading on 1 January → You earn 10% commission on their eligible trading fees for 90 days.
- Friend B starts trading on 15 January → You earn 10% commission on their eligible trading fees for a separate 90 days.
- Friend C starts trading on 10 February → You earn 10% commission on their eligible trading fees for another separate 90 days.
You can earn commissions from multiple referred users at the same time.
Referral Program Rules
1. Who Can Refer?
- Any KYC-verified user of Rize Exchange can participate in the referral program.
2. Rewards Breakdown
For the Referred User:
- 10% discount on eligible trading fees for 60 days
- The 60-day discount period begins from the referred user's first trade.
For the Referrer:
- 10% commission on eligible net trading fees generated by the referred user for 90 days
- The 90-day commission period begins from the referred user's first trade.
- Each referred user has their own independent 90-day commission period.
3. Payout Rules
- Referral commissions are credited to the Referral Wallet.
- Eligible commissions are credited daily.
- Referral earnings can be used for trading or withdrawn, subject to applicable withdrawal requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal: $5 / ₹500.
- Withdrawals are subject to applicable verification and whitelisting requirements.
4. Eligibility Conditions
- The referred user must complete KYC.
- The referred user must achieve a minimum trading volume of ₹5,000 / $50 within 30 days for the referral to qualify.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts and circular/wash trading are prohibited.
- Referral commissions apply only to eligible trading fees.
- Certain trade types or fee categories may be excluded from referral commissions.
5. Limits & Controls
- Maximum commission per referred user: ₹10,000 / $100
- Maximum referral rewards per user per month: ₹2,00,000 / $2,000
- Rize Exchange reserves the right to withhold, reverse or claw back referral rewards in cases of fraud, abuse or violation of the referral program terms.
6. Taxes
- TDS may be applicable on referral commissions as per applicable Indian tax laws.
- Referral income may be taxable according to the applicable laws and tax jurisdiction of the recipient.

- Your friend receives a 10% discount on eligible trading fees for 60 days, while you earn a 10% commission on their eligible trading fees for 90 days.
- Both periods start from the date of your friend's first trade.
